Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - FREE on orders over ₹499
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - ₹99
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day - ₹199

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic shipping to all states across India
  • International shipping to select countries (additional fees may apply)

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our customer service team

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility
  • Please contact your local customs office for more information

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods or if tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and items
  • We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
  • Replacement items or refunds will be processed after carrier investigation

7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
  • Address changes can only be made before the order ships
  • We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped
  • Additional fees may apply for address corrections

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues:

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Check with neighbors or building management if package is not at your door
  • Verify tracking information for any delivery attempt notices
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved
